I have heard for years that I am great in front of a mic and that I

Before
working with Rochelle I considered myself to be an average speaker and I
knew I could improve. I would get really nervous right before my
presentations and sometimes stumble when I didn't deliver a "perfect"
presentation. Rochelle helped me understand how to practice, get comfortable

symptoms of nervousness like butterflies in my stomach, sweaty palms,
